The fans at ANN and AniDB seem to think this one rates a solid 7 to 7.5.
That's getting pretty close to generally good anime.
In the first episode the only guy on the student council actually TELLS the girls that he wants them to be his own personal harem.
Kind of balls-y but you can pretty much figure he's going to encounter resistance.
I haven't seen much more than a couple episodes so I'll catch up later.
