The fans at AniDB seem to think this show is worth about a 6.2 to a 6.5.
Over at ANN they like it a bit more, in the 7 to 7.5 range.
Personally it seems like a "girls travel-while-kick-ass" kind of show...
It isn't bad but I don't think I'd give it more than a 7 . . . BUT I haven't seen all of it yet . . . soooooo . . .
