I finished watching this little show and it has been pretty much fun . . . also just a little erotic, mostly through innuendo but there are some rather revealing moments.

It got a TV-MA rating, and as of 03-22-2011,
it made it here to the USA on DVD.
There are only four episodes available at Crunchyroll.

But
you can get the whole series at places like Amazon for cheap.

The fans at AniDB & ANN seem to think it's not good but OK with a 6.2 and a 6.7, respectively.
Personally with Ayako Kawasumi playing the ecchi-girl part this time is enough to make me think 7.5

Some might say this is like Inukami....
Chizuru is a Fox deity/Kitsune, that is about the only similarity.

The writing, while rather provocative from time to time is pretty good. Kouta is a bit shy of Chizuru but he seems to be able to step up and not be a total wuss when it's necessary.

I find this show worth while and has a decent ending.
This one reminds me more of Onegai Teacher with it's rather provocative content and fun love-story.
