A goofy, dingy story, compliments of Bow Ditama's curiously cute&sexy illustrations.

I've only caught a few episodes but I know I want to finish it and I think it's going to be good.
It reminds me of "Battle Athletes" in so many ways, mostly the good ones.
Instead of Akari saving humanity with track and field events (more or less) Plug is trying to save people from feeling depressed.
She takes a convoluted course, but she generally succeeds, zapping them back to happiness.
It is most assured a massive hit of T&A anime.
The fans at AniDB & ANN seem to think it's an OK show, rating about a 6.5...
The Crunchyrollers think a 4.4 of 5
I guess they Really like it....
So far I'm thinking about one more point for 7.5 but I'll know better after I get to the end.
