The fans at AniDB and ANN seem to think this is mediocre (so-so) to good 6 to 7+ of 10.
The fans at Crunchyroll hold it in higher esteem . . . 4.6 of 5.
Although one Crunchyroll reviewer was most assuredly "disappointed".
Personally . . . I have to go with the "disappointed" reviewer . . . Although I'd give it a 5.5 of 10 (2.75 of 5).
It started off as a unique concept during the first episode... I was thinking, "this is really going to be good".
After that it deteriorated into one of those "guy loves queen" love stories.
I never finished the show but I got about 3 or 4 episodes in... There just seemed to be more stuff that was better to watch at the time.
About the only thing . . . that I think would make this kind of tough to watch for most Americans is Mina Tepes walking around in just about nothing.
Granted she's a lot older than she looks, but still . . . for those who aren't paying attention, they'll be thinking "loli-com" or other sordid ideas.
I wouldn't recomend this for younger or less progressive minds.
